She Practives Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Prenatal, PNF and AIS stretching, Sports, Orthopedic Assessment, Reflexology, and Manual Lymph Drainage.

Jenny graduated from The Baltimore School of massage in 2008 with National Certification and The Baltimore School of Reflexology in 2013. She practices many different modalities of massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Manual Lymph Drainage

Although a single massage will be very enjoyable, the effects of massage are cumulative, and a course of massage sessions will bring the most benefit. Regular massage can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body mechanism, and help prevent unnecessary strains and injuries that might occur due to tensioning structural weakness.
